Very tasty food, friendly service, but no greeting from the kitchen, not even bread in advance. You shouldn't go completely hungry.

I wonder where the good reviews come from ??? Based on the positive reviews, my wife and I wanted to visit the restaurant on August 12th, 2020. Everything proves what is actually not a bad sign. So reserve a table for August 13, 2020 at 7.30 p.m.! The table reservation worked, but then ...! A young waitress brought us a small, laminated and folded menu in A5 format. We ordered 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 wheat beer in advance. At the next table (3 couples with children) extensive menu covers were given out, which I also requested and received. It contained a much larger offer. After about 10 minutes, the waitress realized that our drinks had not yet been served. From the outside terrace I saw for 3 minutes that there was a wheat beer on the counter, now without a head. THE CROWNING: The waitress stirred the wheat beer with a long ice cream spoon until a head was formed again and served me this glass with 2 additional water glasses without the bottle of water. When this deficiency was pointed out (menu and beer), the waitress said: "Then I'll bring you a new wheat beer!" We refused, left the restaurant and found everything a guest could wish for in the smaller pizzeria "Ginato" 150 meters away. Info: "At Bocca Doro" there were no more than 15 guests; so there was really no question of an overload of the staff. Conclusion: A visually good-looking appearance doesn't say anything about the quality!

Go for a nightcap with our men's group after swimming. Every now and then also here. Pleasant family atmosphere. Always served nicely.

First of all, I have to say that I almost never write a review but I had to go to this restaurant. We had reserved at 18.30. First, we were not noticed by the staff and had to ask for our own table which was not bad but not acceptable at a 3 star hotel restaurant. At 19.00 clock we finally got the card. After a long wait and 1 hour later, we were then served the drink. At the time we were already too much because the service was rude and incompetent. At 20.45 o'clock we finally got our food which was okay, was not bad but not good either. The observations as a result, we were not the only guests everything took too long and were annoyed. If you want to wait a long time, this is the place for you. I certainly do not recommend it! There are much better restaurants in the area saving you the time !! In addition, 2 food were forgotten!

The restaurant runs just because every day other tourists join in! Who waits for food over two hours? The service has not pointed out the long wait and apologized in the end. Impossible. Food was oke, but still. Leave it and look for something else.

We have reserved at 18:30. We were there on time, were full of expectations in the restaurant and were directly disappointed. We would not be welcomed and had to ask for the table ourselves. Only at 19:00 o'clock we had the menu. At 19:29 we had only the drinks .. At 20:41 clock was only the food there .... the service did not care .... food was ok. Mood still bad ... not recommended ...

Very nice restaurant. The service was very friendly but unfortunately not very competent. It took a long time until an order was taken and then again very long until the order arrived. So nothing for guests who do not have time forever! The pizzas were huge and delicious. To pay, we had to call the waitress back to the table. So really care about the clientele is not. Three stars just because the kitchen was great ...
